This policy protects our network, our IP reputation, and other customers. Breaching it may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and where required, reporting to authorities.

Prohibited uses

• Sending spam, bulk unsolicited email, or any traffic on SMTP (port 25).
• Any illegal activity, fraud, or accessing systems without authorisation.
• Port scanning, brute-forcing, DoS/DDoS, or network attacks of any kind.
• Distributing malware, phishing, or infringing content.
• Reselling, sharing, or sub-letting your IP/credentials to third parties.
• Circumventing the terms of service of any broker or third-party platform, or any use that violates applicable securities laws.
• Excessive load that degrades service for others (see the connection cap in your plan).

Intended use

The Service is intended for legitimate, authorised access to your own broker/trading accounts and similar lawful business use.

Enforcement

We may inspect connection metadata for abuse, suspend an account immediately on suspected violation, and cooperate with lawful requests. Report abuse to ip@zenithqv.com.
