Refund Policy

Prepaid & non-refundable

IP bundles are prepaid for the chosen term and are, as a rule, non-refundable once provisioned, because each IP is reserved exclusively for you for the full term.

Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit if:

• We are unable to provision a working IP for you, or
• A confirmed payment was made but the order could not be fulfilled.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase to ip@zenithqv.com with your order ID and payment reference (UTR).

No partial refunds

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time after an IP has been activated, or where an account is suspended/terminated for an AUP violation.

Approved refunds

Where approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI/bank) within 7–10 working days. GST adjustments are made per applicable law.
