What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and (optionally) mobile number.
• Order & payment metadata: amounts, the UPI reference (UTR) you submit, and the invoice number. We do not store card or bank-account numbers.
• Service data: the IPs assigned to you and connection logs (for abuse prevention and troubleshooting), retained for a limited period.

How we use it

To provide and bill the Service, send transactional emails (verification codes, order updates, expiry reminders), prevent abuse, and meet legal/GST obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers needed to run the Service (e.g. email delivery, hosting) and where required by law.

Security

Passwords are stored as argon2id hashes; proxy credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Access to credentials is restricted to your account and authorised staff actions.

Retention & your rights

We keep account and billing records as required for tax/legal purposes, and connection logs for a limited window. To access or delete your data, contact ip@zenithqv.com.
