These terms govern your use of the dedicated IPv6 service ("Service") provided by Zenith Quant Ventures ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

We provide dedicated IPv6 addresses with proxy credentials, hosted in a Mumbai datacenter. Each IP is assigned to your account for the paid term. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility & account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and proxy credentials.

3. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Payment, pricing & GST

Service is prepaid. Prices are shown exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and a tax invoice is issued (GSTIN 32CHYPA4231J1ZC). We may change pricing for future terms.

5. No guarantee of broker compatibility

While our IPs are tested against common Indian broker APIs, we do not guarantee compatibility with any specific broker, platform, or your trading outcomes. The Service is infrastructure only and is not financial advice.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service for non-payment, AUP violations, or to comply with law or datacenter requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected IP(s) in the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
